Growing up in San Diego, CA I spent a lot of time outside and exploring a vast amount of cuisines available to me. I earned my AA in Natural Science from Shasta College in Redding, CA and my BA in Nutrition Communication: Lifecycle Option from California State University, Chico. I am passionate about life long, sustainable healthy eating and the normalization of health conscious choices.
